We implement rigorous identification protocols from the moment your loved one enters our care, utilising identity-confirming wristbands that  remain with them throughout the entire journey and are cross-checked against paperwork at every stage.

For cremations, a nameplate stays with your loved one throughout the entire process to ensure constant identification. To guarantee the ashes returned to you are undeniably those of your loved one, we use permanent tracing methods—such as etched codes or stamped lead plates—that link the ashes directly to their personal details.

For burials, a nameplate matching the identification tags is attached to the coffin. Once closed, the coffin is transported to the cemetery where staff cross-check the nameplate against all paperwork, while our team confirms the correct resting place on arrival. By holding ourselves only to the strictest standards, we ensure your loved one is treated with dignity, accuracy, and care.
