Becc, Arranger.
Having a background in Counselling and Mental Health, I realised there was a missing jigsaw piece when it came to grief, and that was end-of-life care. After researching Bare extensively, I felt it aligned with my values and beliefs that those left behind need to be nurtured and supported, not treated like just another number, and that end-of-life care shouldn’t have to be faced alone or pigeonholed into a traditional way.
I love being able to utilise my skills in counselling, mental health, and customer service by supporting families not just during the end-of-life journey, but afterwards too. Some of the families I’ve supported have even become lifelong friends, and I love that I’ve been welcomed as part of their extended family.
A fun fact about me is that I’m actually a trained cameleer. Yes, you read that right, I can train and ride camels.
