Having been a funeral director in the UK for five years and loving all of the families I worked with there, the opportunity to provide that same level of care to Aussie families, with a company that puts families before red tape, was something I couldn’t resist.

What I love most about my role is meeting new people every day and hearing their stories. I get to be their anchor when they feel adrift, their shoulder when they need to cry, and their rock when everything in life has suddenly been turned upside down.

Before working in the funeral industry, I worked for the RAF and earned the nickname “Moneypenny” from James Bond, because the pilots said they couldn’t find anything I couldn’t do!
