It also offers ample standing room, making it an ideal venue for both intimate and larger celebration of life. The chapel is equipped with modern TV's and audio-visual equipment, providing families the option to showcase music, photos, and videos during the service. They also offer live streaming services, allowing friends and family from afar to be a part of the memorial. The catering team at Mount Gravatt Cemetery and Crematorium is available to cater for both small and large events, with a range of options to suit all tastes and budgets.

Hemmant Cemetery Chapel

Brisbane City Council's Hemmant Cemetery and Crematorium has a chapel on site for all types of funeral services and function rooms near the gardens for family and friends to get together to commemorate the life and passing of their loved one in a peaceful environment. There is both an indoor and outdoor area in the function space. The chapel can hold up to 86 guests, and the function space can hold approximately 70 guests using both indoor and outdoor space. Catering services are available with quality food accompanied by hot and cold beverages.

Fawkner Memorial Park offers three beautiful chapels suitable for a lovely celebration of life. These chapels can accommodate 80 to 120 guests. All three chapels have been recently renovated, and guests are greeted with warm wood tones, vaulted ceilings, and aspects overlooking leafy native vegetation, water features, tree-lined avenues, or nearby memorial gardens. The Joyce and Crick chapels can also provide live streaming services to ensure that family and friends who are unable to attend in person can still be a part of your loved one’s memorial. Catering services are available at the venue and can be arranged upon request.
