Built in 1907 and restored in 2010, Old Midland Courthouse comprises two fully air conditioned function areas. It has a stunning red brick exterior featuring classic stone pillars and arches making it beautiful and ideal for a lovely memorial service. The Old Midland Courthouse is also conveniently situated on Helena Street, right in the heart of Midland's historical precinct. It can be easily accessed via major transportation links, public transport, and there are parking options available. The venue's maximum capacity of 100 guests is suitable for an intimate gathering or a large celebration of life. Catering is not available at the venue and must be organized separately.

Great Southern Memorial Park is a sanctuary where your family and friends can come to reflect, honour and pay tribute to your loved one in a tranquil, calming environment. The chapel has seating for 100 people which provides an ideal space for a lovely celebration of life. With wide verandas equipped with outdoor speakers, they can extend the venue to accommodate much larger services. Their Sanctuary Chapel seats 40 people comfortably for an intimate and beautiful memorial service. Simple AV (Audio Visual System) is also available for presentations, music, images and videos. They have a catering area available that offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The Burleigh Heads Surf Club is in Mowbray Park, one of the most stunning locations on the Gold Coast, with its own Headland and National Park as the background for the memorial. Bare offer memorials in their Ocean View Function Room, and can also offer their adjoining balcony for an additional surcharge. The calming presence of the ocean makes this venue a perfect choice for a memorial, and perhaps a gentle walk on the beach afterwards. The staff at the Club will ensure lovely food and attentive service to match the world class views.
