Funeral Arranger
After a death, people feel lost. They don’t know what to do - even when the passing is imminent. There’s a connectedness between providing support for people during this whole shift in their life and helping them through the process. I help them hold their space during the transition.
After supporting my former partner’s business for 18 years, I was yearning to do something more meaningful for myself, and Bare was just what I was looking for. Only I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do!

What motivates me to be a Bare funeral arranger?
To be able to provide support to families during such a transition in their lives is an honour. It is so meaningful and I feel privileged to give guidance and also reassurance that their loved one, including the family, are well taken care of with us.
Sarah has arranged funerals for over 227 families.

Pete's 'taking care of business' now to save his daughter hassle later
At just 67 years young, Heathcote’s Pete Smith has taken care of “unfinished business” by prepaying his funeral with Bare. He’s already made a will, so pre-paying his funeral seemed like the smart next step to get his end-of-life planning out of the way.
