The venue also includes a Hall that can accommodate up to 200 guests and features a raised stage area, projector, and portable sound system. Orchard Café is also at the venue that provides a light, airy, and comfortable space for you to have refreshments for your guests.

It is equipped with amenities including a data projector and screen, air conditioning, block-out blinds, and an inbuilt audio system. For a more private yet lovely memorial, the Heritage Room within the Panorama Room is the ideal space, accommodating up to 28 guests. The main room can host up to 133 guests and is equipped with full facilities including a private terrace with heaters. The Mulgrave Country Club also offers catering services.

While The Civic Theatre is an unstaffed venue that doesn't offer catering, it provides a small kitchenette for your convenience. You can bring your own food and beverages or hire a catering service to handle everything for you.
