With a maximum capacity of 200 guests, the venue can accommodate both simple beautiful memorial service and large celebration of life. The venue is equipped with audiovisual equipment, ceiling fans, function tables and chairs, a projector, toilets, and a TV, providing all the necessary amenities. The venue also has a kitchen available for your use which allows you to self-cater and prepare food and beverages. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided as well, ensuring that your guests have access to refreshments.

These equipment are readily available for self-catering or you can organize external catering services. The Molloy Room or Hall 2, is a smaller space that can seat up to 40 people ideal for a more intimate memorial service. This room includes a kitchenette, access to a furniture storage area, and a projector. The Gregory Hills Community Centre also offers catering services, providing options to suit individual preferences and requirements.
