Why I love what I do:

I love getting to chat with people and getting to know them, but the best part of doing what we do is being able to turn a conversation around from being daunting (and sometimes quite scary) to something more light-hearted and personalised. It's nice when you get someone who was really anxious on a call, to begin with, to then feel comfortable and at ease at the end of a call :)

When I'm not at work:

Cooking, Reading, Pilates and Travelling (when I'm lucky enough to!)
