As a member of the prepaid concierge team, I love to have a good chat and make people feel at ease. Customers usually come to us because they’re curious about what we do. So once we’ve had a chat, they realise death and funeral planning isn’t so scary. Some customers even get excited about it!
I came to Bare after 10 years in banking and was surprised to learn that end-of-life planning wasn’t as dreary as I expected.

What motivates me to be a Bare funeral arranger?
I think it's amazing to be able to give people the option to celebrate their life, in their own personal way and to see how relieved - and even happy - that a lot of people are, knowing that we've taken care of the “difficult” part. It allows them to truly say goodbye in whatever way they choose.
