They offer three beautiful and elegant spaces that are suitable for hosting a memorial service. The venue can accommodate a range of guest numbers, from 40 to 180, and up to 300 guests in total. The spaces are beautifully designed and offer natural light, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere to pay tribute to the memory of your loved one. The venue offers all the typical amenities and services of a hotel. Catering is also available with a range of menu options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

Heathmont Baptist Church features a large and spacious auditorium with seating capacity for up to 340 guests. The venue also includes a Hall that can accommodate up to 200 guests and features a raised stage area, projector, and portable sound system. Orchard Café is also at the venue that provides a light, airy, and comfortable space for you to have refreshments for your guests.

It is equipped with amenities including a data projector and screen, air conditioning, block-out blinds, and an inbuilt audio system. For a more private yet lovely memorial, the Heritage Room within the Panorama Room is the ideal space, accommodating up to 28 guests. The main room can host up to 133 guests and is equipped with full facilities including a private terrace with heaters. The Mulgrave Country Club also offers catering services.
