The Old Midland Courthouse is also conveniently situated on Helena Street, right in the heart of Midland's historical precinct. It can be easily accessed via major transportation links, public transport, and there are parking options available. The venue's maximum capacity of 100 guests is suitable for an intimate gathering or a large celebration of life. Catering is not available at the venue and must be organized separately.

The centre has two halls; the War Memorial Hall has seating for 70 guests, or can accommodate 150 standing. The Lesser Hall holds 70 guests seated or 100 standing.
