Great Southern Memorial Park is a sanctuary where your family and friends can come to reflect, honour and pay tribute to your loved one in a tranquil, calming environment. The chapel has seating for 100 people which provides an ideal space for a lovely celebration of life. With wide verandas equipped with outdoor speakers, they can extend the venue to accommodate much larger services. Their Sanctuary Chapel seats 40 people comfortably for an intimate and beautiful memorial service. Simple AV (Audio Visual System) is also available for presentations, music, images and videos. They have a catering area available that offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The Woodford Memorial Hall is located in the heart of the Woodford township. It is a lovely open space that is completely self service - you are responsible for set up, pack down and clean up, but that means the space is yours to set up however you wish. The venue includes an upper level hall and supper room which can be hired separately or together and a lower level meeting room. With a capacity of 250, a bar and plenty of equipment inclusions, the venue is suitable for a memorial or celebration of life. Catering is not available and needs to be organised separately.

The Williamstown Town Hall is a newly renovated venue that provides a unique and beautiful setting for a memorial. The venue is designed to accommodate both formal and casual celebration of life, with a variety of function rooms that can be tailored to meet specific preferences. The maximum capacity of the Town Hall is 1000, providing enough space to accommodate large gatherings. The Hall is equipped with excellent facilities and ample parking is also available on-site. Catering service is not available at the venue and you are free to organize this separately.
