Adjoining courtyards, foyers, and smaller function rooms can be used, and services can be viewed from a series of interconnected plasma screens. The venue also provides on-site catering services, with Celeste Catering offering a range of menu options to suit all dietary requirements. Lilydale Memorial Park offers AV services including livestreaming capabilities ensuring that all of your friends and family can participate in the beautiful memorial service.

Geelong Memorial Park has a beautiful chapel on-site with a capacity of up to 120 guests. The chapel seats 80, with additional standing room for 40 more. If the weather permits, the doors can be opened to fit extra attendees, with one external TV and another in the foyer. The chapel offers audio-visual presentations, as well as webcasting technology so those who cannot attend the service can still participate in a private and secure viewing. They also offer DVD recordings as a lasting memory. Their new function room is equipped with the latest technology for high-definition, professional quality live streaming, and it also has modern amenities such as a full commercial kitchen and operational bar. Catering is available with quality food and beverages. The lovely function room complements the existing chapel, and is ideal for memorial event or celebration of life. The grounds at Geelong Memorial Park also provide a variety of options for placing cremated remains, such as rose and shrub gardens, niche walls, and family tree gardens.
