The Cottesloe Civic Centre has a rich history and is a local landmark, featuring a beautiful two-story building with white walls and an orange tiled roof in the Spanish Mission style. The elegant ambiance of the centre makes it an ideal setting for commemorating a loved one's life. The centre has two halls; the War Memorial Hall has seating for 120 guests. The Lesser Hall holds 60 guests seated or 100 standing. This venue ensures an inviting and comfortable environment for family and friends to gather and honor your loved one. Catering service is not available and arrangements need to be made separately.

The Loft is located on the third level of the hotel and is a completely private space ideal for gatherings of 30 to 80 guests. It offers a cozy ambiance and a warm atmosphere. They also have the Deck that is a unique space that can accommodate gatherings of 20 to 70 guests. It features a stunning view of Melba Park and automatic blinds that ensure the space is comfortable regardless of weather conditions. The Crown Hotel also offers catering services.

The Deception Bay Community Hall is a large venue suitable for a beautiful memorial. The hall's spacious layout and wooden flooring create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your family and friends. The venue has a maximum capacity of 200 people which ensures that a large celebration of life can be accommodated with ease. The included AV system provides seamless audio and visual support. The venue also provides folding tables and folding chairs which allows you to make room arrangements however you wish. Catering is not available at the hall, you can bring your own refreshments or organize catering separately to suit your needs.

This can accommodate a small and private memorial service or a larger service with up to 80 guests. The room features an exclusive entry point close to the onsite parking, a fully stocked bar, private bathrooms, outdoor smoking area, data projector, microphone and iPod connectivity. They provide a livestream service as well. Deer Park Hotel also offers a range of catering options to suit every taste and dietary requirement.

The Don Moore Community Centre is a spacious venue that can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests in a theatre-style seating arrangement, making it an ideal location for a large celebration of life. Catering services are not provided by the venue, so you'll need to arrange for your own caterer. There is a kitchen that you can use, so you have the option to either bring in your own catering team or prepare the food yourself for a simple, beautiful memorial service.
