It has a room for up to 150 seated guests and comes with a stage and high barn-style ceilings. Their Community Garden offers a beautiful outdoor setting with space for up to 300 guests. There are also a number of smaller rooms available for a more private yet beautiful memorial service. Catering is not available on site but that means you can choose your own catering options that suit your preferences.

The Cheltenham Community Centre has a maximum capacity of 81 people. This makes it a suitable venue for an intimate memorial service, where guests can gather in a comfortable and respectful environment. Catering is not available and needs to be organised separately.

It is equipped with amenities including a data projector and screen, air conditioning, block-out blinds, and an inbuilt audio system. For a more private yet lovely memorial, the Heritage Room within the Panorama Room is the ideal space, accommodating up to 28 guests. The main room can host up to 133 guests and is equipped with full facilities including a private terrace with heaters. The Mulgrave Country Club also offers catering services.
