The venue has the capacity to accommodate up to 80 people in a cabaret-style arrangement and 100 people in theatre seating. Tables and chairs are provided for you to arrange and remove however you please. The hall also features a carpeted floor and a heating and cooling system, ensuring a comfortable temperature for guests. A small kitchen accessible from the hall is available for self-catering a simple but beautiful memorial event.

The venue’s commercial kitchen facilities are also available to use. This provides you an option to organize catering separately according to your preferences. The Broadmeadows Community Hub can accommodate up to 100 guests suitable for a private yet lovely memorial.

This modern venue can accommodate a beautiful private memorial for a small group, or a large celebration of up to 350 guests. The facility has modern amenities including air conditioning and heating. Catering services are not provided at Sunbury, and they need to be arranged separately. The kitchen facilities are available for use, allowing you to prepare and serve food and drinks that suit your preferences. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, access to tea and coffee making facilities.
