Rotary Broadwater Chapel By The Sea is a lovely memorial venue located on the picturesque waterfront of Gold Coast. The Chapel can comfortably seat up to 42 family and friends, with ample space for an additional 40 chairs on the deck area. The venue features a glass signing table, a lectern, and a sound speaker system. The chapel also has a TV for displaying photos or videos, as well as two air-conditioners to ensure the comfort of guests. While no food or drink is allowed inside the Chapel, guests are welcome to bring bottled water. The venue is suitable for an intimate and beautiful celebration of life.

The Beachmere Hub is located in the quiet seaside village of Beachmere. Their Bay Room is an ideal venue for a celebration of life. It has a standing room capacity of up to 210 people and a seated capacity of 150 guests. This multi-room venue has recently been refurbished. It has commercial kitchen facilities as well as access to a shared verandah on the eastern side of the venue overlooking the bowling greens. Catering services may be available upon request. You will be the one to set up and pack down, allowing you to personalize the room however you wish for a beautiful memorial.

Their Ambassador's Hall is an ideal place for a larger memorial service, it can accommodate up to 120 guests and features an adjacent kitchen, a spacious serving area, and an optional grand piano. The Heritage Room, on the other hand, serves as a versatile blank canvas perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 40 people. Audio-visual equipment, including a sound system, projector, screen or TV, and microphone are all available. While catering service is not offered, outsourcing is allowed, and you are welcome to bring in your preferred caterer.
