With a capacity of approximately 100 people, the main hall and stage provide ample space for guests. Olinda Hall comes equipped with tables and chairs that you can arrange however you wish. They also have a band quality PA system, mixer & microphones and a high power amplifier available. The venue does not offer catering services on site but they do have a kitchen area. The kitchen area provides a convenient space for preparing food and drinks for a simple yet beautiful celebration of life.

Doubleview Bowling and Recreation Club, also referred to as "The View," is an ideal venue for a warm and intimate memorial service. Located in the heart of Doubleview, this club offers lovely spaces that can accommodate a maximum of 160 guests. The venue also offers a variety of catering options that can be tailored to your budget and preferences, ranging from sandwiches to smorgasbords. Alternatively, you may choose to self-cater, providing you with the flexibility to create a personalized menu for a simple yet beautiful celebration of life.

St Mary's Anglican Church
St. Mary's Church is a special memorial venue that offers a warm and reflective atmosphere for families and friends to gather and honor your loved one. Aside from the lovely church building itself the venue also features a Memorial Garden. Ashes can be scattered in the Memorial Garden or it can be a place to reflect and remember. The Jubilee Memorial Organ chapel came to St Mary’s in 1918 and an organist is available to play for your loved one’s service. Catering is not available and needs to be organised separately.
