The Carrington is a historic hotel with excellent function spaces, well situated in Katoomba. The Carrington's Ballroom is a large, lavish space that may be used for a variety of events. It emanates a sense of grandeur and charm with its magnificent chandeliers, intricate ceilings, and traditional architecture. The Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 100 seated guests. This venue is well loved for its timeless and elegant atmosphere. For smaller functions of up to 30 guests, The Library is ideal, with wood panelled walls and an open fireplace.

The main club room of Camberwell Central Bowls Club is capable of comfortably seating up to 100 adults, providing ample space for family and friends to gather and celebrate the life of your loved one. The club room is fully air-conditioned and has a separate bar area. The lovely venue offers quality music equipment, including an iPod, USB, smart TV, projector, two portable PA systems with hands-free (digital) microphones and Wi-Fi. Kitchen and BBQ facilities are also available, allowing you to organize and prepare food for guests according to your preferences. Catering services are not offered by the venue and needs to be organized separately.

The venue offers a comprehensive Sympathy Package, which includes light sweet and savory finger food, a tea and coffee station. The venue also offers the use of a projector, lectern, microphone, and speakers.
