With two halls available for hire, the Wood Hall and the Memorial Hall, they offer a range of options to accommodate your needs. With a maximum capacity of 160 guests, the venue provides ample space for intimate gatherings to larger celebration of life. Both halls come equipped with kitchens for your convenience and access to a lovely courtyard, which features trees and play equipment for young children. Christ Church Hawthorn does not offer catering services and need to be organized separately.

Crown Hotel

The Crown Hotel is located in the heart of Lilydale and offers a serene and intimate setting for a beautiful memorial service. The Loft is located on the third level of the hotel and is a completely private space ideal for gatherings of 30 to 80 guests. It offers a cozy ambiance and a warm atmosphere. They also have the Deck that is a unique space that can accommodate gatherings of 20 to 70 guests. It features a stunning view of Melba Park and automatic blinds that ensure the space is comfortable regardless of weather conditions. The Crown Hotel also offers catering services.

With its casual vibe, The Cheeky Squire is the perfect place to raise a glass in memory of a loved one.

Professional audio-visual equipment and staging materials are also available at the venue.

The Klemzig Hall has a spacious interior, providing ample room for your family and friends to gather and honor your loved one. The hall's warm and welcoming lighting creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere, ideal for a solemn memorial service. The Klemzig Hall has a maximum capacity of 160 people, making it a suitable venue for medium-sized events. While there is no catering service available, the hall has a kitchen that you can use to prepare your own food and refreshments. Crockery, cutlery, cups & saucers, cooking utensils, and other necessities must be provided to self-cater a simple yet lovely memorial service.
