Cooper Park Community Hall offers a comfortable setting for family and friends to come together and celebrate the life of your loved one. The hall is easily accessible, with a wheelchair ramp leading into the venue and access throughout the space. Included in the booking is access to the kitchen facilities, which includes a microwave, kettle, urn, and fridge, as well as standard trestle tables and chairs. The venue has a maximum capacity of 70 guests which makes it an ideal option for a small yet beautiful memorial service. Catering services are not offered but their kitchen facilities can be used to prepare food and refreshments.

They offer three beautiful and elegant spaces that are suitable for hosting a memorial service. The venue can accommodate a range of guest numbers, from 40 to 180, and up to 300 guests in total. The spaces are beautifully designed and offer natural light, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere to pay tribute to the memory of your loved one. The venue offers all the typical amenities and services of a hotel. Catering is also available with a range of menu options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

It is equipped with amenities including a data projector and screen, air conditioning, block-out blinds, and an inbuilt audio system. For a more private yet lovely memorial, the Heritage Room within the Panorama Room is the ideal space, accommodating up to 28 guests. The main room can host up to 133 guests and is equipped with full facilities including a private terrace with heaters. The Mulgrave Country Club also offers catering services.

While catering service is not provided at the venue, the shared commercial kitchen offers ample space for you to prepare and serve refreshments for guests.
