The club's comfortable and casual setting creates an informal environment that allows guests to feel at ease while remembering the life of your loved one. With a capacity of up to 120 people, the venue provides an intimate space for family and friends to come together for a lovely memorial service. BSYC provides catering packages and doesn't permit external caterers or the use of its facilities by hirers or 3rd parties to maintain their standards.

Campbelltown Civic Hall

Campbelltown Civic Hall is located right in the heart of the Campbelltown CBD. The hall offers a spacious and lovely place that is ideal for your loved one’s celebration of life with up to 180 people. With its prime location, the venue is easily accessible for family and friends. The hall opens out on to a spacious outdoor recreational area, with ample seating undercover, to keep you out of the wet weather. The Civic Hall does not provide catering services but they have kitchen facilities that you can use to prepare food and refreshments for a simple yet beautiful memorial service.

The Carrington - The Ballroom

The Carrington is a historic hotel with excellent function spaces, well situated in Katoomba. The Carrington's Ballroom is a large, lavish space that may be used for a variety of events. It emanates a sense of grandeur and charm with its magnificent chandeliers, intricate ceilings, and traditional architecture. The Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 100 seated guests. This venue is well loved for its timeless and elegant atmosphere. For smaller functions of up to 30 guests, The Library is ideal, with wood panelled walls and an open fireplace.

The venue is well-equipped with a range of flexible spaces that can accommodate gatherings of various sizes. You have the option to hold a small intimate yet lovely memorial or a large celebration of life with up to 220 guests. The timber lined floors and lots of natural light streaming through the windows add to the serene atmosphere, providing an ideal setting for reflection and remembrance. Club Ringwood also offers a range of catering options that can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Camberwell Central Bowls Club

The main club room of Camberwell Central Bowls Club is capable of comfortably seating up to 100 adults, providing ample space for family and friends to gather and celebrate the life of your loved one. The club room is fully air-conditioned and has a separate bar area. The lovely venue offers quality music equipment, including an iPod, USB, smart TV, projector, two portable PA systems with hands-free (digital) microphones and Wi-Fi. Kitchen and BBQ facilities are also available, allowing you to organize and prepare food for guests according to your preferences. Catering services are not offered by the venue and needs to be organized separately.

With the entire space available exclusively for your use, you can customise it to perfectly reflect the beautiful memory of your loved one. Bright and modern, the venue is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The venue includes a projector, sound system, a wireless microphone and TV available for your use. The venue can accommodate up to 140 guests, making it an ideal location for a large gathering. While there are no kitchen facilities available, the venue offers its own in-house catering, including beer and wine.
