Bayview Church's auditorium is a spacious memorial venue that has a seating capacity of 250. Adjoining the auditorium is a multi-purpose foyer, with outdoor deck and children's play area, which can accommodate approximately 120 guests in various configurations. The foyer includes a small stage area, making it ideally suited for a café style reception. Both the auditorium and multi-purpose foyer are fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. The facility also has plenty of onsite parking. Catering is not available and needs to be organised separately.

Parklands Tavern has a variety of spaces available that you can choose from to suit your loved one’s beautiful celebration of life. The Birdcage is a private function room that has an outdoor garden area, and has a maximum capacity of 50 guests. The Garden Courtyard is a perfect space to honor your loved one in a peaceful outdoor setting. This space can also accommodate up to 50 guests in a seated arrangement. The Chook House is a new small group function space ideal for a private yet beautiful memorial of up to 60 standing guests. Catering is also available and offered for all spaces.

BSYC provides catering packages and doesn't permit external caterers or the use of its facilities by hirers or 3rd parties to maintain their standards.

Campbelltown Civic Hall is located right in the heart of the Campbelltown CBD. The hall offers a spacious and lovely place that is ideal for your loved one’s celebration of life with up to 180 people. With its prime location, the venue is easily accessible for family and friends. The hall opens out on to a spacious outdoor recreational area, with ample seating undercover, to keep you out of the wet weather. The Civic Hall does not provide catering services but they have kitchen facilities that you can use to prepare food and refreshments for a simple yet beautiful memorial service.

The Carrington - The Ballroom

The Carrington is a historic hotel with excellent function spaces, well situated in Katoomba. The Carrington's Ballroom is a large, lavish space that may be used for a variety of events. It emanates a sense of grandeur and charm with its magnificent chandeliers, intricate ceilings, and traditional architecture. The Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 100 seated guests. This venue is well loved for its timeless and elegant atmosphere. For smaller functions of up to 30 guests, The Library is ideal, with wood panelled walls and an open fireplace.
